Kathia Bucho Store reserves the right to change prices and add delivery costs, at any time.
(The preparation / production deadlines are indicated next to the specification of each piece).
The shipping is made by registered CTT (Portuguese Post Office Service) with tracking number.
Shipping time (from the moment we dispatch):
Continental Portugal: 1 business day;
Portuguese Islands: 2 business days;
Europe: Approximately 5 business days;
For the rest of the world: Variable, depending on the country (you can ask us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org).
We take a big effort to make sure your package arrives safely. All products are properly and safe packaged.
If you would like to upgrade shipping to a different or faster method, please contact us (email@example.com) so we can make arrangements to suit your needs.
For countries outside Europe, sometimes packages can be stopped at customs. We can NOT be responsible for customs fees, taxes or import duties.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
For this purpose, you should send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), requesting the exchange or a refund.
Your item must arrive in original condition, without any mark of use, in the same jewellery box that has been sent with it and we need to receive the receipt or proof of purchase.
The shipping costs for returns are entirely responsibility of the customer, as well as the shipping costs for the new item that we will dispatch (in case of exchange).
We advise you to ensure proof of transport and delivery. Kathia Bucho Store is not responsible in case of loss.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or the exchange.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
You will be always responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUND: If you received a refund, the shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES: In case of exchange, the cost of the return shipping will be charged.
